Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned with all accessories, parts, and documentation included
  • Free from signs of installation, assembly damage, or wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved. We advise that the parcel should be inspected immediately for defects or damages within the return window.

Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly with shipping partners.


Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns requested due to preference changes or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request, and the cost will be deducted from the refund total.

There are no restocking fees.

Original shipping costs are refunded once the return is approved and processed.


How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)

For verified issues caused during fulfillment or shipping, Muwebles Galore covers all return shipping costs and will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.


Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to our error — including damaged, defective, or incorrect items — we take full responsibility for return shipping and resolution costs.

If the return is customer-initiated, return shipping expenses apply as outlined above.


Exchanges Process

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange authorization. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipment costs for exchanges unless the exchange is required due to a product issue or fulfillment error.

Exchange orders are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.
